What's the name of your daughter/s and how did you decide on that name?
If you don't have any daughters yet, what name would you like your future daughter to have?
I don't have any daughters yet but when I would do, I would name here Ingrid or Frangel Leonaida.
How about you?

I see. I don't think it matter at all. It varies from country to country I guess and a truly creative person can find lots of ways to spell a word, as Jessica Wakefield says.

I have 2 daughters, their names are Geneva and Mercedes. Geneva was named after her grandmother, my mother-in-law, and Mercedes was named because I was angry with her father! It's actually kind of funny, I've liked the name Mercedes forever, but my husband (ex now) wanted to name her Magee. Well, he showed up at the hospital about 3 hours after she was born, drunk still from the night before. I was furious and named her Mercedes just to make him mad! By the way, Mercedes is out of the book The Count of Monte Christo and that's why I like it!

Hi there miller!
I like both names, Geneva and Mercedes. And that's a nice way to get even with your husband since you like the name Mercedes too.
Thank you very much for your response.

My daughters name is Raven Brooke. Her first name came from a friend in high school who had that as a nickname and I chose Brooke as the middle name cuz it fit extremely well. Altho the day I had her it was raining cats and dogs and came up with the name Rayne-Storm Marie which also fits well together. Sometimes I wish I had gone with Rayne-Storm Marie cuz her temperment can be volatile like a storm. And of course my mom talked me out of Justice Ann Cooper cuz Justice is the last name of her father and Ann is my middle name and Cooper is my last name. Good Luck and congrats to the expectant mothers here.

hmm...i actually have thought about the names of my future children (i just want 2 BTW) since last year. I want their names to be different so I choose Sheya, Areyn, Shyne and/or Arwyn. These names are the combination of my name & my boyfriends name...:)

Hi there shanshyne!
I think that those are really good names. My favorites are Shyne and Arwyn. One of my choices, Frangel Leonaida is also a combination of names. Frangel, from my hsuband and my name and Leonaida is from the name of my mother and my mother-in-law. I guess it's just fair since we named our son after his grandfathers, right?
Thank you very much for your response.

I'm pregnant right now, but we don't know if it's a boy or girl (yet! We're finding out on the 28th). I really liked the name Ava for most of my pregnancy thus far, but I'm kind of starting to lean towards the name Fallon! Who knows what'll happen when baby's born, I may end up going with something completely different (if it's a girl, that is).
