Delivery or Shipping Procedure For Online Store

Hi everyone. I would like to know if anybody here is maintaining an online shop or store. I just started creating one called dakki shop, where i sell character pillows and stuff. These products are sold here in the Philippines and here are my questions: 1. How is delivery charge taken care of? I mean, should that be added to the price shownin the site? For now, i show the original price of each product, exclusive of shipping fee. 2. Should the shipping fee be constant or at least posted separately from the product price? Or is it okay to tell the buyer how much the shipping fee is after she gives his/her location? 3. Should all sales be for delivery or could it be picked up by the customer if they are in the same area? 4. If i decide to accept orders from other countries, should i place or provide a currency conversion table from my site to make it easier for them? Right now all the prices are in Philippine Peso. Lots of questions in mind, but i atleast need to know these four first... I hope someone can help me here. Thanks.
