I like bread

I do not know why I so like eating bread?
If I do not eat it some times, I will go to the shop buy it !As you can see , bread will let people become fatter and fatter , but I can not help eating it . It is so delicious. What a pity ! Now I become fatter!
Summer is coming soon .People dress less clothers.
Help me. I do not want to fat...

Even I like to eat bread sometimes and my favorite is multi grain-wholegrain brown bread. I like to eat it with butter and jelly. Sometimes I eat white bread with peanut butter....

Well, exercise and re-portioning your food sizes helps.
I like a lot of yummy foods which adds inches to my waistline but I don't want to get fat either. So it's either I cut back on what I eat or exercise more often.
I chose to do both - I cut back on the portion size of my food and I get active at least 30 minutes every two days if not daily.
I notice that people tend to overeat - the normal portion size for a person is actually according to the size of your fist and this includes fibre, carbs, protein and the whole works.
Getting active is well, good - I shouldn't have to tell you the benefits because people know what exercise does for the body and it's even more important for women as we age. Exercise helps increase your bone density and strength which is vital in preventing early onset of osteoporosis. Plus it does wonders for your skin and hair... :)
