To answer your first question, no, winning West Virginia doesn't boost Hillary's chances for winning the nominsation. Statistically, she's done. Will she press ahead? Of course, she's a Clinton, she's been grooming herself for this race for over ten years and both she and her husband want to get back in power. Will she accept the position of Vice President if offered? I doubt it. Her ego is too big, IMO, to play second fiddle and live in the V.P. mansion when she onced lived in the White House.
