If u knew a woman who was pregnant, who has 8 kids already, 3 were deaf, 2 were blind, 1 mentally retarded and she has syphilis, would u recommend that she have abortion?

my question is who is getting this woman pregnant and what sort of problems does he have? Are all of the kids from the same father or is she just a come one come all mother?
I know a few women that have had babies from different men so I am not judging her on that, but something wrong with her gene pool.
