Yes I have been bitten by a dog. It was my own fault and I deserved it, I was a very horrible child. My parents owned and ran pubs and we always lived above the pubs, we had a dog that was a gaurd dog as well as a pet, a lovely german shepherd called Major and I loved him.
But then my parents decided they needed another guard dog and so they got a dobermann pinscher, I decided that I did not like this dog and that Major was being pushed out and so in my 5 year old head decided that if he was a naughty dog then my parents would get rid of him. I used to throw things about and make it look like the dog had done it. I told you I was horrible.
Anyway one day I was walking through the living room and I was reading a book, I did not see the dog lying there asleep, tripped and fell on him. I made him jump and he jumped up and bit me, these days I like to think that actually it was karma, but whatever the reason he bit me in the eye and near the mouth and it was a mess, I had to have stitches in my eye and one in my mouth. It was also the day before my birthday so my face is a right mess in the photos. My parents rehomed the dog.

Oh my goodness u sure were a naughty child. Getting bitten in the eye was surely a dangerous encounter. I hope your eyes are perfectly alright now and that nasty dog is no more.

I was a horrible child, the dog did not get put down, as my parents believed that I had tormented it and so he was rehomed, I feel so guilty now when I think about it!! Thanks for BR xx

I have been bitten by a dog twice already. Once when I was still in elementary. I was walking the street just minding my own business when a dog bite my leg. I have to go home, washed the wound with soap and take a rabies vaccination. I don't know why the dog just bit me, I annoy him maybe.
The second instance just happened last year. I am playing with our dog, he is playful and he bit me on my heel. I didn't feel it at first and I just notice that my heel hurt. I have to cleaned the wound again and take rabies vaccines. That's five shot. Our dog was put on observation for two weeks alos to see if he has any rabies. Fortunately the dog don't have any rabies so I am fine.
After that incidence I have the dog vaccinated with anti rabies for prevention. It is require that he get vaccinated every six months. Fortunately the city government goes around the neighborhood with anti-rabies vaccine. I don't have to bring our dog to a veterinarian for vaccination.
So if you were bitten by a dog it's better to have anti-rabies vaccination specially if you don't know if the dog has been vaccinated with anti-rabies. Better be safe than sorry.
