Depends on the budget you would want to buy a Sony Ericsson phone. Anyway, all Sony Ericsson phones are very good in my opinion as I have been a Sony Ericsson user for years now. If you want a cheaper one, you may opt to buy the Sony Ericsson W700i. Some of the features include a 2 megapixel camera, a walkman, and an expandable memory. Sony Ericsson K750 is one of the best phone that I had. It also boasts a 2 megapixel camera, a walkman, and an expandable memory. K750 is more expensive that the W700i but the design of K750i is sleek and the color is black. If you have no budget restriction, then you may want to consider their P1i which is already a PDA or you may also want to consider W880i which is their thinnest model with very good features. Hi, If you have a high budget, then I recommend Sony Ericsson Xperia X1. This model is very nice. You can have a look at Gsmarena.com If you want to have all the great features, you can go for Sony Ericsson P1i which is a good model because it has 3.2MP camera, WiFi, touch screen and so on. It is much more cheaper than the Xperia X1.

The site also provide you with the virtual prototype model which enable you to try certain function and see how it works such as the walkman sound, camera, buttons. It's a very information site. And for my personal recommendation i think the Walkman series model are the best of Sony Ericsson products because the sound of the Walkman are comparable to those of Ipod.
