Animal Abandonment

Hi friend, As far as I'm concerned that is just like taking one of your kids and leaving them at the side of the road to die. It just makes me so mad. People don't realize these animals have feelings. Look how happy they are to see you at the end of the day or in the morning when you wake up. They are right there. I am sure these must be the same people that beat their animals. It is disgusting and I don't think the punishment ever fits the crime when it comes to animal cruelty. Cheryl

that is very very cruel to do to a dog or cat or any animnal. it's not exactly the same as a child, there's a good chance the animals will find a good person that adopts them if they go into a good neighborhood where there is food out and a lot of other pets. there are homeless abandoned people too that have no where to go because the price of everything is so super inflated in so. ca. the second i get a place to live i'm taking my cat and adopting a stray dog off the street and another cat. i plan on having a small yard. i used to have a big yard. now i'm living in motels. yuk. this isn't america anymore it turned really mean .

I work in an animal shelter that sees alot of these pets. It is such a shame. We work diligently to place these dogs, but alot of the times, the dogs are sick and emaciated. So please, anybody that has found themselves in this predicament, please call animal control and have your pet picked up.

i am agree with you .i think if you have a dog and at last you abandon it just because it makes you feel boring ,if it is i advise you please raise it at first .

I don't understand why someone would do something like that. Would they do that to their children? First of all, why did they even get a dog in the first place? They obviously aren't the type to see an animal as a member of the family. It's so disgusting how some people have no compassion for any life whatsoever.
