How does mylot pay it's member?

Does anybody knows, where mylot gets the money to pay us? Is it through advertising? I am reading through some of mylot guidelines and faq and there was no mention where mylot get it's revenue. If it's through advertising, there are only few advertising banners I am seeing at mylot. So it might not be from advertising. Are you interested to know how? or you don't care as long as you are being paid? I am interested to know at least I can judge how mylot does it's business. How about you guys? Any idea?
