I have heared that if you dream your falling your supposadly swallowing your toung and when you come out of it with a jerk normally its is your bodies defenses making you gag that wakes you up. In answer to your question i used to get it all the time when i smoked a bit of weed :) but i dont know ive stoped all my bad habbits (well most of them ;)
