Some time back I read that humans have some of the same DNA as a typical virus. So do you think we are the planet's virus?

Yes, if you're also willing to say that viruses are humans.

We certainly have performed like the earth's virus. We seem to have conquered sucking the life out of it slowly but surely!

Some viruses doesn't have DNA but have RNA instead. All the Living organisms have DNA and/or RNA. There is still an unresolved debate going on whether a virus be considered as an organism or a particle. Now you only tel. Are we planet's virus? Some people behave like virus. But it is different.

If it is, I would not know, but we do have many diseases here on earth. So if there is a virus, then I can't be too sure..
