Did you follow through with what you wanted to be when you were a kid? I didn't. I wanted to be a veteran - actually, I wanted to be a veterinarian but I always got mixed up and said I wanted to be a veteran. Anyhow - I lost interest in that as I got older. How bout you?

As a kid, I wanted to be a superstar. As time passed, I realized that I am destined for the Information Technology sector. It is so funny that we would want to be different persons when we were kids, as we didn't knew what it takes to be them. As we grow and meet the life, we realize that they were just dreams, in the reality it is a nightmare. I have heard small children saying that they want to be a singer, actor, astronaut, painter and all fantasy based aspirations. As a child grows, he learns about two main occupations, Doctor and Engineer. A 8-11 year old boy will always reply with "Doctor" or "Engineer" when asked about his career interest. It is at becoming a teenager that we realize what we are truly destined for and what we have to conquer. Life is so interesting.

I always wanted to be a teacher. I lost interest in it when i got older too. I had trouble get up in front of my classmates to do projects and stuff so i figured I wouldn't do so well as a teacher. After that I don't know what I wanted to be. I think I changed it alot. I didn't go to college because i had no idea what I would even major in. I am currently a homemaker and stay at home mom of 3 beautiful kids.

I don't remember what I wanted to be when I was a kid but I bet I didn't think in those terms. I was a superstar of sorts in my household and that seemed like a good deal to continue being instead of just wanting to be.

I wanted to become a flight stewardess. Because you will have all the luxury to travel. The be in places to places. I am a grown up woman now, I am not a flight stewardess, I just realized that it is not for me. It does not suit my personality.
