Yep I agree, you have to be crazy or insane to take that kind of a lunch trip.

No, I've never done that before. That is a lot of preschoolers! I'm happy to hear that everyone had lots of fun. I am dreading the day that I have to take my own preschooler to a Chinese buffet. She will want to try one of everything. And, once it's on her plate, she will refuse to eat anything, because it looks "gross" and "icky"! Kids! Who knew? Right? Be well, thanks for the fun topic.

no, but, I would be proud to take them to the Chinese or Oriental buffet restaurant. I love those places like that.
I'd teach them everything about the Orient culture. and how they eat,
etc. It'd be a field day for them! LOL

I can honestly say I have never taking preschoolers to a chinese buffet before but when I was in preschool and elementary we went on many many little fieldtrips and always had a lunch. Obviously you took other adults with you on this little outting. If you didn't your brought on the hectic stuff on yourself.

No. Only because I've never been a teacher before. I think I have an idea of what that must of felt like. My elementary school trips were always enlightening. It seemed like people's true colors were always showing. A difficult time for me, really. I remember how hectic it was for the teachers and some parents to handle a group of kids. Of course, after awhile everybody calmed down. That excitement was more than overwhelming for some.

Yep ! When my kids were small I did it all the time, I must have a medal somewhere for the most field trips. You go Mom !! And I found that it drives the teachers happy if your husband goes - they get so few dads!!

Ask me again tomorrow lol. tomorrow is my daughters preschool field trip. there are 16 in her class plus i'm taking my 3 year old daughter along. we are going to the zoo. and at the zoo there is a cafeteria that we'll be taking them to for lunch. I look forward to the histeria lol. I think it will be a blast. I'm not sure how many parents are going yet, but i'm sure there will still be crazy moments.
