Changing Women

The older I have gotten in this life of mine, the more and more I see that when a woman gets married or seriously involved with a man, she is usually the one to make drastic life changes. Why is that? I have done it. I left a job and moved to another state to be with my new husband. No regrets! We both compromised on different things; but, in the end, I made the bigger change. I see this pattern of change in women that I know directly and indirectly.
I have my own ideas on why this is a common theme amongst women. The main theory I have is that because by nature, the man is suppose to be the leader of his family, not the BOSS, but the leader. There is a difference. He is someone, especially in a marriage, that a woman can seek advice from, shelter, security, and good old fashion loving just to name a few. Therefore, by nature, we women tend to bend more so than the man.
Let me hear your thoughts on this. I especially want to hear from those that actually went through some life changes because of a new spouse.
