Can't open&play Movie DVD in my laptop's DVD writer

hey guys i had been facing this problem from last few days search at google but can't find the solution thought if anybody here had face the same problem...im trying to play my movie DVD which i had Buy from India and has region 5 on it and
i mostly play movies of region 3... i know that it is an region problem tried to change the region but no result i can still do 3 for changes in region...please help

rem0ve your softwares
reinstall reconfig the region to region 3
and see better u remove it from ur registry also
use registry cleaner and also remove from temp data
see that it doesnt have any data around
and then reinstall it
i hope problem will be solved
