I usually go to bed around midnight or one. If i am on a deadline of course then I can't go to bed until work is done. I use to be a terrible insomniac, now I am developing a bed time ritual that involves a cup of cocoa, a half hour of TV or reading and then getting into bed. This really puts me in the sleepy mood and I sleep more hours. This makes me happy and my assistants happy.

During the week I aim to get to bed for around 11pm, but fail miserably and always end up going to bed between 12 am and 12.30, then I am up again at 7am. At weekends I go a little later, it is not so bad then as I can stop in bed a bit longer on a Saturday and Sunday.

I tend to go to bed with my youngest son. As I put him to bed and sit with him reading, I tend to get very sleepy. I used to aim to get back up again and get on with my evening, but I kept falling asleep & waking up in the middle of the night fully dressed and with a book on my chest! So now I have bowed to the inevitable, and expect to fall asleep!

i go to bed around 4 in the morning sometimes. some nights, i might hit the sack at 5 in the morning. but I'm trying to keep a schedule to go at 4 in the morning. it seems to make me feel better when getting up the next day.
