One of the most popular ones and the one i use for online scanning is trendmicro.com.

Try this one: http://www.kaspersky.com/scanforvirus it scan for virus in your specified file or your entire computer.

This is a pretty good site to use: http://www.pandasecurity.com/homeusers/solutions/activescan/ its free, and is a good alternative to those that hog the PC's memory cheers
