I don't have a diary, I tried, but decided my life was so boring that I wasn't even interested in recording it.
My former roommate gets very frustrated with me because I don't go into detail, I kind of doing a "travelog" of what happened, but don't say about what I thought or anything.
Well, believe it or not, because of my migraines, I have cultivated not thinking/feeling, just experiencing. It is easier on the head if I don't go too deep into thought. But, because of this, I do tend to just exist while things go on around me.
If I don't get right on and write what happens here, I pretty much lose the moment.

i have a diary. i started when i was in college. my entries then were long and repetitive, boring. i can't believe it, so naive. now i only write when i can't seen to get over something, or it nags in my thoughts. a diary helps me see myself objectively.

I don't keep a diary anymore, but I use to years ago. I would write down things that were happening in my life and those around me. I like to go and read what I use to write about, but I don't write in them anymore.

I would really like to keep a diary now. I kept one in junior high and highschool, but now I'm a mom and have a house to keep up with, and I really dont have the time for it. But not only that I kinda go blank when I have to write like that. And it makes me feel stupid when I go back and read it and I dont know why!

I have a diary in my handbag, I try to keep it up to date with the things i need to remeber, children's activites after school. Big daughter's shifts at work, my social activities. It can be hard to keep it up to date as things do change within short notice. But I do try hard so I don't double book anything

I believe it’s a good habit to keep a dairy as it could server as a record of what have happened in the pass and worthy to be recorded. If I were to write a biography I would then have materials to refer. But sadly I had stopped writing dairy for quite a number of years. I hope to continue again in the near future.

Personal diary, I dont have it now. when I was younger I usually have one. Now, I have this notebook containing important notes, important events, and some personal notes. I have also my steno book for my reports, meetings and my action paper.

Well, similar to what you said, I carry a small notebook in my purse to jot things down that I want to remember.
I also have small calendar/planner in my purse that I write appointments in and I also keep track of how I much I spend each time I get gas and I total it up at the end of the month.
Now the thing I call my 'diary', or 'journal' is kept on the back of my bed. It's a book that I write in, not every day, but when something really good happens that I want to be able to read about later, or else when something bad happens that I need to let out of my mind before I go to sleep.
Writing it down really helps in stressful situations.

Yes I do. I always have a little notebook that fits in a pocket, but I have the bad habit of never reading anything I write down, so I forget it all anyway!

Nope, I don't have a diary. Haven't had one in years. What I do is keep a calendar right near me by the computer and write any and all important work meetings, lunch dates or dinner dates on this calendar. I make sure to check it everyday. If there are changes at work with my hours, I jot the changes on a piece of paper and make sure to get it on the calendar right away.

Hi as2006! I used to have a diary when I was younger but i have never had one after I got married. However, I still have an appointment book wherein I write down all my appointments or notes that I need to remember.
Take Care and God Bless! Happy Mylotting!

No I dont have a diary, which sometimes is a big mistake!im prone to mudding the days up quite often, and have to look at the newspaper to find the day and date..the other option is the calendar thats hung behind my kitchen door,Iw rite on it then i forget that ive written on it!..a diary is a wonderful invention so long as you remember to use it and keep it with you.
