what would have happened if she had stayed in USSR instead of goin to US at so early age only for training....

Whatever happens I am sure that there were compelling reasons for having her go to the United States for training. Many athletes go to the US to train and it is well known that there are many opportunities for making more money in the US than anywhere else especially if you're an athlete.
