I find that IPL Games, as the days goes, is very encouraging for the youngsters who r nicely guided by seniors of other country cricketers. Today I really amzed at gilly's pat for the young indian cricketers. As captain he has behaved very gently and encouragingly with indian counterparts. Hat's off to gilly. any comments please

This seems like a good post and the encouragement that the captain has given the young cricketeers is very admirable. I hope to see more of these reports as they are good examples of how the older ones can help the younger ones whether it be in cricket or something else.
