guys, $100,000 is too small..
make it $100,000,000 then you can fullfill your dreams =)
buy good house, good cars, make your life as good as possible, serve the community is must.

why would you want to go to school if you're rich enough to buy your own school? :)
For me, education is not really necessary, smart is.

I have both a car and a house. The house is almost that much. But I would want the car free and clear, So I would pay off all of it. I would use what I needed to refinace my mortgage and put the rest on the house to bring down my payment.
