Hi! I'm a new mom and as expected most of my time is taken up with baby stuff - changing, feeding, bathing etc. (Love it!) I don't have much time for anyting else so I was wondering if you guys have any quick and easy recipes to share. I know I can google it but I would only be able to find recipes for food that I know. Besides, I think it's much better to get recipes tried and tested by moms. Would you care to share your recipe? Thanks.

Try http://www.allreceipes.com.
One of my favorite sites!
You can search by name, ingredients, etc.
You can even search things like "easy" or "quick" and get lots of results.
Hope this helps!

If you have left over chicken cook some rice, chop up the chicken, add some veggies(we use peas), add salt and pepper to taste, mix chicken and veggies to cooked rice and it makes for a quick dish, is pretty healthy and you save money by using up the leftovers in a new way. You should probably heat up chicken and veggies before adding to cooked rice. You can vary this recipie with different meats and veggies. perhaps sausage, steak, hamburger etc.

Brown about a pound of hamburger. Put in a casserole, add one can green beans, one can tomato soup. Cover with mashed potatoes, instant is fine. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes, then remove, either sprinkle with shredded cheese or lay sliced cheese on top, put back in oven until cheese is melted. This is a big hit at my house.
