How high are the gas prices where you live right now?
We just went to the grocery store today in Arkansas and we had to buy gas to get home. The gas prices are up to $3.67/gal. It's insane. That's like 20 cents more than last week when we went shopping.
How high are they were you live right now?

WOW! Compared to some of the other responses that is really not bad. Feel lucky. :)

I live in Nebraska and as of right now regular unleaded is $3.77 a gallon, diesel is over $4.00 a gallon and they claim it is going to just keep going up. I am sure it will go up around Memorial Weekend when people will be traveling.

A couple of the gas stations around here are still around $3.75, but most are over $3.80. One right down the road from me was $3.91 yesterday!

I paid 3.68/gallon this morning on the way to work. I only buy about 20.00 each time, in hopes it might go down. So I am having to get gas almost every other day (I have an SUV). I hate stopping for gas and I am getting used to riding around on E and when the light goes on I know I need to stop soon.
It's getting to the point I am thinking about getting a job closer to home, b/c I have a 30 minute commute now. The job here is like a minute away and I calculated I would save about 100-150 a month, but I hate starting over at another place and leaving a place after 7 years.

I work two miles away, so I am getting my bicycle ready, but I have to do a lot of driving but I can at least ride on days I don't have to go anywhere. Plus, my daughter's school does not have busing which is about 10 miles away, but school is out next week!!!
