His contract wasn't renewed. He has problems in his personal life that are quite serious. CBS will have no problem finding somebody that isn't in the news in a bad way.

Yes, he was murdered off the show. Not surprising, for I knew that was going to happen. It's to bad he did get into some trouble, but he's is far from the only one in Hollywood that has. He is the only one in a long time that actually is made to pay and does it really surprise me it would be CBS. No. They could of had some compassion and had him be in a comma or something until he did get his life together. It's amazing how some companies and Hollywood is and their treatment of certain actors/actresses.
Gary Dourdan will truly be missed and I'm sure we will see him in something somewhere down the road and I can't wait for that. I hope he does not work with CBS seeming they could'nt work with him.
