Do spelling errors drive you nuts?

I've been seeing the word 'loose' used incorrectly on this website for a while now, and I've commented on it once.
Am I just being anal, or am I right to want people to spell 'lose', as in lose weight, correctly. Whenever I read 'loose weight' I get this unpleasant image in my mind lol. What do other people think?

OMG!!! It drives me absolutely insane! I can't stand for people to spell 'definitely' definately or defanately (yeah, I'd never seen that one before). I really get irritated by 'lose' and 'loose', too.

I am the same way. I drive myself crazy when I read something. I find spelling errors in almost everything I read. I have even found plot errors in books. I have even sent emails to publishers over a major mistake I found in a book I was reading...lol.
