Can we use mylot to find referrals for other program

Does this prohibited or violated TOS? Does anyone has an idea to get quality referrals?

Thanks naseefu. By the way, Do you know what if mylot do when someone violate the TOS. Are they send a warning message or something? Or, Do they just ban that user?
