Yahoo and Microsoft

we all have heard about the news regarding the attempt of microsoft corp to acquire yahoo inc., but the deal went to nothing after microsoft withdrawn it's bid after failing to come up with a deal with the yahoo execs.. so what do you guys think? was it good for yahoo? or was it a bad move for yahoo? I will be very happy if Yahoo will remain as Yahoo. If Microsoft will going to buy it, what will happen to us. It will surely give us all headaches. We all very well know who is the giant in Microsoft. The true blue businessman...
