How do u sleep? In ur all day worn clothes/pyjamas/minimals?

I always sleep in my pyjamas only, i cant sleep in the clothes that i have worn all day through. I just make it a point to fresh up myself and slip into a comfortable pair of pyjamas, even if im drop dead sleepy. My husband on the other hand, comes home and dozes off just in those same pair of clothes he has been wearing all day long even if its a blazer! I have a freind who always slips into her inner garments and heads to bed, even if its freezng outside, she rather has a blanket on than clothes while sleeping. So all of u have different sleeping ways, what do you sleep in?

I never sleep in the clothes I wore all day.
I never sleep naked either. I always want to be prepared in case there is a fire or a theif and I have to get out of the house quickly, Lol!
My dog always wants me to let him outside in the middle of the night too.
I usually sleep in a long shirt-type night gown.
When it's cold I put on flannel pants too.

I sleep naked under a duvet which is a down filled light quilt covered in a sheet for washing.
It is just great summer or winter (we have a thicker duvet for winter use when it is below freezing at night) as if you get a bit hot you can flip the cover back from over you and cool off.
If it is very hot at night (a rare event in the UK!) then we just sleep on top without any covering or maybe just a thin cotton sheet.
We always sleep with a window and the door open and the heating is turned off in winter regardless of how cold it is outside. We like fresh air!! haha

Oh okay so thats the best way i guess ....So its not very hot over der, here it often is...
