What's best: PPC, PTC or Paid Reviews?

I'm a newbie in making money online. I learned from someone about PPC about a year ago, so I started building blogs and put PPC ads on them. Unfortunately I got banned by google adsense. And also I have troubles in finding good stuff to post on my blogs, and because I have a full time job I cannot maintain every of my blogs everyday. Now I'm thinking of doing PTC and paid reviews. What is the advantage and downside of those programs? (PPC, PTC and Paid Reviews). Anybody can help me? thank you so much.
