Are we asking the right questions?

I think the mass media has created the definition of the entire biosphere of the Earth for environment. As a result, I think most people now view the word "environment" as a global concept. So most now tend to see the issues as overwhelmingly large and ignore the fact that their own backyard is an environment too, just as their houses and each room in them are. If we all start being a bit more careful about our own personal environments, the area directly around you, we can solve many problems easily. Buy products with less packaging, pick up some trash, recycle, etc.
