Signs of a True Revival?

I am a Christian who believes in the manifestation of all spiritual gifts and signs and wonders. Having said that, I remain somewhat skeptical when I watch and read the past and current happenings you see in Toronto, Pensacola, and current day Lakeland Florida. Am I proclaiming it false? No...not yet anyway, but I am standing guard. What are the signs of a true revival? Do healing and gold teeth mean God is at work, or are they what we read abut in Matthew 24:24 when we read: for false christs and prophets will arise and will reveal many signs and wonders, so as to mislead, if possible, even the elect. What is your take?
