yes its true! you will not find good quality at cheapest price anywhere!! hey just look for good quality at a decent price rather than so so quality at a cheaper price!

I think Chinese laptops are cheap because, their costs of production seems cheap too!

I personally have had very good luck with Dell. They are not too expensive and their technology seems to really be good. I have had good luck with both of my dell computers. I would be reluctant to try another brand for that reason.
