The Politics of Feigning Offense.

Barak Hussein Obama, the guy with the dumbo ears, the freak preacher and the hateful wife, has once again feigned offense in order to stifle the debate. Prs. Bush made a statement about appeasement and the mistake it is. Barak Hussein Obama feigned offense to try to take his policy of holding talks with terrorist leaders off the table. Obama, why do you play these childish games? Are your positions so weak that you can't stand to see them scrutinized? According to Obama, every statement made against his policies (even when the statement had nothing to do with Obama), is a personal attack. How high schoolish of you Obama. I'm also hearing Democrat flunkies spewing crap about some "rule" that you don't attack a sitting president (which they insist should be extended to presidential candidates) on foreign soil. Hello! I guess they forget about Nancy Pelosi, Bill Clinton, Al Gore, Jimmy Cater and other democrats who have been going to other nations to trash Bush for years now. Welcome to politics Obama, you said you want to run, so quit whining when you aren't treated like a rock star!

Where has Obama said he will hold talks with terrorist leaders? Obama's stance on terror is no different than McCain's. I'm also curious when these other politicians politically attacked Bush while in a foreign nation. I'm not saying it definitely didn't happen but I've never heard of any of it. If you Bush's statement in Israel had nothing to do with Obama that is ridiculous. While I'm sure Jimmy Carter and other Dem's were targeted as well, this was entirely political and aimed at Obama, its very obvious.

Joe Biden said something to the effect that it had been confirmed it was Obama to whom Bush was referring. Of course, that was yesterday and Bush could certainly have changed his mind by today since he rarely knows what he's talking about anyway! Annie

Jormins, if Obama never stated that he would meet with terrorist leaders, how could Bush's statement have anything to do with him?

The "rule" is that "politics end at the water's edge". Childish games you say? You say "Barack Hussein Obama", "dumbo ears" and you're talking about childish games? Bush has absolutely no class, never has and never will and he doesn't even know the meaning of the word he throws around in Israel. He's attacking Obama - and we all know that's who he was referring to, it was even confirmed to members of the press according to Senator Biden - for advocating the same thing Bush's own Secretary of Defense has said should be done. Anniepa, I was just having fun with the things that Obama insist should be "off the table" by his opponents in the presidential election. Of course they are childish, but no more childish than a candidate who thinks he should be able to cast whatever dispersions he wants, but also wants to limit everyone else. What authority to Joe Biden have to speak for Prs. Bush? If Obama never said he would meet with terrorist leaders, then how could the remark have been against him? Obama is trying to end the debate before it even starts. He wants to be treated with kid gloves, but refuses to offer that treatment to anyone else.

Why do right-wingers keep insisting they're the moral ones and that they take the high road when they stoop to name-calling like this? I'm not crazy about Obama for my own reasons, but I see no need to call him names. OK, I compare Bush to a monkey occasionally and call him an idiot, but I'm also very angry that the military got their hopes up about him when he was (s)elected, thinking that a Bush would do the military proud, and he screwed them over. People are dying every day because of his crap. At least Obama hasn't killed anyone.

I read that too and Obama is acting like a little boy who knows he said something wrong and has been found out. The speech that Bush made was in reference to Jimmy Carter and his visits to foreign countries, talks and meetings he had trying to make sense of this stupid war. Not once was his name mentioned in connection with this part of the speech. Just goes to show you he is guilty of something when he get so paranoid over a speech that he thinks everyone is talking about him.

to me husein obama has divided us big time along racial lines and has set back race relations.the people who still support an obvious undercover racist are showing there true colors and proving themselves to be hypocrits, by only being against white seperatism.me myself' because of this i no longer care about getting along and tolerating.and unless you condemn the black population for voting according to race i am going to emulate them.i demand an appology from obama for his highly offensive and elitist remarks against white blue collar workers(yall got people fired for alot less, imus comes to mind)i challenge all white people to vote in a block just like the other races,if white people would realise we are still the majority in this country and vote together we can bring about real change.i just wish white people would unite on this one like the black community has(but that would be racist wouldnt it?)when are you going to get tired of the taste of the other races butts-no matter what we do they still hate us.the double standard and the racism against white people make me SICK. didnt we destroy david dukes career for being like obama hussein? and i mean obama snitched out his own grandma to try to make his preacher look not so bad,how can you support someone who would throw thier own grandmother under the bus?he would throw america under the bus just as quick.think about it.

True. Obama says he doesn't want his campaign to be about race.. but then makes it the only thing that really matters.
