When you sit still, does your leg just start shaking?

I'm not talking about RLS, restless leg syndrome, but rather energy that needs to be released. I do it all the time, maybe I have a dance leg and can't keep still. Anybody else here shake the floor?

I'm digging into your subconscience. My dad told me he was going to nail my foot to the floor, didn't stop me yet.

LOL ^_^ I'm also part of the leg dancing group.. haha =P i've been like that since young, whenever i sit down or a chair or sofa, i will place my leg at a certain angle and let it shake.. LOL ^_^ But my mom said it's very rude to do that.. and as i grow up, i tried to control it.. NA di think it's been years since i shake my leg and i missed the feeling.. LOL

Ha ha! Yea that's me, I'm always shaking my leg when sitting. But the thing i do must is rock back and forth when I'm standing still for to long. I think that's partly because of my daughter. It seems like i was aways rocking her!

I'm running a race but sitting still too. I'd like to have a rocker, my kids call me old now, might as well play the part.

Mine doesn't but sometimes if I feel restless i will shake my leg and bounce it up and down. Sometimes moving your leg restlessly will actually cause greater anxiety I think, I am not an expert by any means.

Sometimes that helped me concentrate. What makes this happen? See GodOfTheSurf's answer.
