Has there ever been a time when someone close to you has passed and then right after they died someone else either family or friend dies too; right out of the clear blue? Does it ever make you feel lost thinking that it could happen to you as well? Or happen to someone that you are close too?

When I was 11 or 12, can't remember now. My best friend was in the hospital with cancer. My step-sister became very ill very suddenly. We found out she had a brain tumor, but by then it was too late. The night they pulled the plug on her, my mom and I stood in the hallway of the hospital. My diing sister to the left, and my sick friend to the right. Less than two weeks later, we were back to the same hallway saying our goodbyes to my friend. Yes it is disheartening, but I never thought once about myself. I thought about all they were going to miss out on, but all the joy they were about to experience. About five years later I was back in that hallway. Only this time it was me lying in the bed. My life had been saved by a miraculous seatbelt(long story), but looking around we realized I was in the same room my freind had been in. That's when I realized just how blessed I was to still be here and enjoying every breath that is given to me.

you were blessed and i'm glad that you came through alright. With all of the things that have been on tv lately the natural disasters that have just taken lives it make you wonder could it happen her too. Then you think of those that are around you that have gone and you miss them knowing that they are in a better place. I guess when it's your time to go your going to go and there is not much you can do about that.
