hello mylotters, im starting this discussion to share what i made tonight for dinner and to learn as well from you guys for my future meal plans so tonight i made a spaghetti with clam sauce and my hubby loves it a lot. i prefer to make my own sauce so i bought some roma tomatoes and uses that for the first time as my tomatoes for the sauce. i realize i like it better compared to other tomatoes i have used in the past coz it is not runny and just perfect and love the taste as well. i just added a spoonful of tomato paste coz he likes it thicker than normal and it sure ends up pretty good. i am using a whole wheat as my pasta than the traditional one coz i have read that it is healthier and not fattening compared to the traditional one so my husband is happy about that LOL i baked 4 pieces of rolls (pre-made) and we used this new butter (taste like butter) out of olive oil and it is one tasty butter. YUM!!! i am trying to watch out what i am preparing coz i want it to be healthy and still good in our palate LOL anyway, what's your tonight? or last night if you are somewhere else in the world, haha! takecare and thanks for participation in advance.

Not sure what we are going to have for dinner tonight. Have lots of soup in the cupboards so might end up having that. it's cold today so soup would be nice.
