maybe i could speak for filipinos...
nokia phones are very user-friendly that even 5-year old kid here can get a good grasp of it. and also, here in the philippines, it is easier to fix a nokia phone since the spare parts and other resources are very much widely available than any other brands.
in addition, nokia phones are more hip and trendy since they can be personalized without too much hassles from inside to the outside e.g. can easily change case/house/covers every week, every other day... match the color with the clothes your wearing, etc. themes for nokia phones are also widely available in the net.
one of its advantages however, is that from time to time nokia releases new models (as part of business strategy) that your one-month old phone (latest model by the time you bought it) could lose its value in a snap over the introduction of a new nokia series.
nonetheless, if you don't care much about being hip or trendy and all you have the use for a phone with is for texting and calling, a nokia phone is not that bad a gizmo.

Do you think Nokia is trendy?
In Norway Nokia is a 40+ phone. Usually..
And there aren't more ways to personalize it than other phones..

I had my first cellular phone way back 1999 or 2000 when my younger sibling gave me a Nokia 3210 as a gift. I used this model of Nokia for more than three years until it was broken. After that, I had another Nokia phone with the scroll function in the middle; I'm not quite sure what model it was. At present, I'm using a low model of Nokia phone. If I'm not mistaken, this is Nokia 1100. I'm not so particular with the model just as long as I could use it to send a message or call someone when I need to. Honestly, I don't use it regularly and my main purpose for having one is for business. I have to admit that I do engage in electronic loads and my primary clients are my officemates.
But if I were to choose between Nokia and other brands, I guess I'd still go for Nokia since I've already used it and I could say that I'm quite satisfied with its features.

the only reason i find is that they are easy to use i mean they have clear options and more clearer ideas regarding what they want to do with the phone

I have tried many other brands, but returned to nokia, due to its simplicity, realibility and durability. When it comes to use cellphone for work, nokia is a real 'cart horse'. I don't care much about all the 'colourful features', because do not consider mobile phone as toy. If it be otherwise, I would choose some other brand, maybe.

Hi,
I'm a fan of Nokia. I have been using Nokia ever since I have a cell phone. My first Nokia cell phone was Nokia 3230 and now I'm using Nokia N95. I like Nokia mainly because it comes with a lot of great functions and I can play a lot of games and softwares.

I have use nokia for a long time. No complaint about it. Very satisfied with the quality. Very easy to use and I don't have to learn on how to use it everytime I buy a new one because it has the same menu. The reason, I think, it is because very easy to use. Not all people like gadget.
