Annoying car alarm

Last night, I was disturbed from my sleep by the loud and annoying sound of my neighbor's car alarm. I'm not really against the car alarm because I know that it was installed to protect and keep thieves and intruders from invading our properties (I also have one installed in my car). What irritated me was the lack of concerned of my neighbor regarding the disturbances and trouble that his alarm is creating in the community. The alarm which seems to be malfunctioning had went on and off all through the night. It had a big effect on me because I had a work the next day (you probably guess how my work went through).
Do you have some bad experience from your neighbor? Is it alright to confront and tell them about it? What do you think?

Hello there, in your case, you should tell your neighbor nicely and friendly in reference to the car alarm issue so that they can do something about it as it is not a one off or two times issue. It may bother the others in long run. It is silly to put up with it just because of worrying upset the neighbor.
Fortunately, I haven’t had any bad experience with my neighbor yet. But I do experience the poor disturbance by the car alarm. Since I live in the city centre, where there are quite a lot of cars park in the Public parking. In the middle of the nights, if people get closed to the cars that have installed the car alarms, the alarms will make the loud and annoying sound, which can wake me up easily. We have written a letter to the police station in hoping them can put a notice somewhere in the car park so that the car owners can turn off the car alarms if they park the car there.

haha...trouble from my neighbours...when i am the troublr maker...though sometimes they tend to give something back to me..
