how to loss weight?what's the right thing to do?

I always have hard time lossing my weight...almost half of my life im very conscious of my weight & i really wanted to loss weight...My problem is i don't have enough dicipline for myself to what's the right food to eat...Or what's the right thing to do...can you give me some simple advise or ways in lossing weight?

stop consuming heavy food is not going to help in weight reduction. where as eating non toxic high energy food and regular exceercise - driniking more waters - consuming "spiriluna" high fiber capsuls and ganoderma - very less caffine black coffee will help ypu in weight loss in natural way. - this is my experience as wellness coach entrepreneur - have a slimmy day!!!

Avoid talking fatty foods and try to drink as much of water,daily more than 15 glasses of water.If possible try to do yoga and mediation.

disciple is the right thing to do...everything will be easy if you have it..that's the key to lose weight....don't eat fatty food...as much as possible eat vegetables and fruits especially high on fibers...it will fasten your metabolism....

Walk, swim, ride a bike. Work out and eat a lot of fruit and stay away from high fatty foods or don't intake as much as you usually would of it.. don't eat before bed, drink lots of water and eat foods high in fiber. if you can try and walk for 40mins daily or a couple times a week.

hi..Thank you for the shared thoughts...You know what i've done that, except for water...i didn't drink much of water because i don't like the taste...i think my metabolissm works so slow that's why even if i didn't eat that much it's hard for me to loss weight...

Discipline is the right key to loose weight. You need to have tons of discipline and be patient in loosing weight unless you wanted it past like undergoing to any medical procedure. What I do to loose weight and I've been very successful with it was to drink 4-6 glasses of water first thing in the morning when I woke up. Then I do my regular exercise for 45 mins. Then I ate my breakfast which consist of oatmeal, fresh fruit( Must have citrus fruit always) and low fat milk. Drink 2-3 glasses of water everytime you take your meals to eliminate the fats you put inside your stomach. Always have a well balance diet which consist of carbo, veggies and meat. NEver forget to have an exercise daily. Even just walking is a simple way of exercise. Don't eat junkfoods and sweets. BUt as i've said be determined and have discipline to loose weight. Goodluck!

oohhhh....because i read or heard from tv that it's not good to drink cold water...& i cant remember exactly the reason why bt as far as i can remember i that it may cause the fat to stocked in your tummy...is it true?

hi myloter, i think the best thing to do is you go to slimers shop or contact them they knows what is good for you they are specialist so dont eat what will not help you it will ne beter consult the expart. ...this is my oppinion
