Do you believe in reincarnation? or rebirth?

Hey buddies , as you must've heard this many times that people tend to say someone is reborn or something like that. Do you guys really belive its true or is it possible?? or you think its just people's thinking nothing else, that someone who has died reborns again.

I do think that the soul or essence of who we are is not locked into one body or one life time. So for me yes there is such a thing as reincarnation, that the soul, or spirit self is connected to the physical body of each life for a reason, but that once the body is gone that the soul / spirit self, or essence which ever term works for you is something that lives on.
That we choose our lives so we can learn the lessons of those lives and lifetimes.
That we are all part of the whole, not apart from the whole, that we can grow with each lifetime, but that something in the birth process causes us to forget so much.

I really don't know but i've pondered about this as well as other things. I was watching and episode of Hogan Knows Best and his family wnet out to the country in the middle of no where to ride horses. He said in the episode "When I die I want to come back as a horse, there so calm and mild mannered"
