I've never been so tired or down that I can't get up (pardon the pun) for a little hanky panky, especially if it's my partner who is making the advances. I am single again after 11 years and would welcome any sort of advance at this point....LOL

If I remember correctly, I used to imagine I was a leaf floating down a sun dappled stream moving faster and faster as the current increased, knowing that soon, soon the coming waterfall would find me shooting over the edge into thin air and then down, slowly down to resettle in the stream again.

I think the best is,you conmmunicate with your partner frankly,he/she will understand,because he/she maybe has the same situation before.This way,there are not misunderstandings.

Remind myself that no matter how bad I feel before hand, I always feel 1 million times better during and after! I even get frequent headaches/migraines, but "I have a headache" doesn't mean I don't want to do it in our relationship. It usually means "Hey, please come f*ck my headache away!" It seems to help them a lot. :)

What I do in that case is tell my husband that it will take a bit of "warming up" for me and he knows what I mean and he will do what he has to so that both of us can enjoy it together and it is not a 1 sided enjoyment. I cant stress enough how important communication in a relationship is. Be open and perfectly honest with your partiner so that there are not any miss understandings.

Cor blimey i missed this one along the way!!...now what would i do???...well for a start you are taking it that the boot isnt on the other foot here Piky....usually im all pashed up and Mr Ruby is glue to the television..now i was wondering if i got myself a remote control if that would do any good....but in hindsight...nahhhhh....so i hang my what once were smalls ..but now are largers back in the cupboard again to try again another day!!!...
