a walk lead to free books

i was walking to do some erreands today when i was passing a community college in my area i was aprroached by this lady who said to stop by the cafiteria and see the literacy group, they were having crafts and games for the kids along with books for the kids as well. i told my dughter who was with me that i could buy one book since i was on my way to pay bills. well we go and as soon as we walked in thier was this big long table with books and the lady said to my daughter you take as many books as you want, so i said take and she said yes all the books are free and she can take as many as she wants. well of course no kid will give up that opp of taking as many. my daughter came home with 8 books all different and i signed my son up in thier summer camp and music class with are for free for the summer. we need more stuff like that in our community. all the books my child got are brand new and some titles we already knew..just wanted to share with my fellow mylotters...
