What do you expect when you ask someone to be a godmother to your kids..........

I always expect alot I guess.When considering godmothers for my kids I always try to pick people who will be a role model for them.I want people that will be there for them in the event that anything happens to me they would take care of them.How do you go about picking out godmothers for your kids.

Well im not a parent but im a god mother :) my god son is 7 months all i know is i love my god son so much hes my little cutie.. i cant do much right now since im only 17 turning 18 in a few days! but i know i'd take care/custody of him if anything ever happen to my best friend(his mother) and i always will treat him good and help him hwen he needs help.. and just teach him things!

We picked out godparents for our children at a very early age, but I guess we didn't make the wisest of choices, because those people aren't even in our lives anymore. Its a shame really.
