How do you define enjoy life?

Enjoying life for me is knowing that I am surrounded by family and good friends. Laughing a lot. Sure it is nice to take a trip or go away for a weekend, but with todays economy and that "stressful workload", we can't always get away. I can enjoy my life, the people in my life and my job and my home, just by remembering it does no good to get uptight, get depressed or angry. Just deciding that you are going to have a great day no matter who or what tries to mess it up, knowing that you are blessed with everyone you love and everything you have makes life enjoyable.

My view of 'enjoy life' is something like forgetting time when we are doing something, for that matter in everything we do....

For me enjoying life means doing something that I enjoy. Right now, for example, I am sitting infront of my computer, and drinking a nice cup of cofee, My favourite music is playing in the background. I am haing a very good time today.
