I feel like my butt is getting bigger every day with all this sitting! But I do a lot of writing as well as other things because I can't stand for very long, even to cook a meal. It's very frustrating. Every time I go to the store and see a lady with a huge butt, I think that'll be me in a couple of years.
I've been trying to exercise more but it's difficult.

Yeah I feel my butt getting bigger at times sitting here. Especially when I am on here all day studying and taking tests then get on here to take surveys, chat on mylot, check email, and then play games. That is what motivates me to clean my house LOL Anything to get up and move :P

A couple of days ago I realized how much time I was sitting here doing all that and began taking extra steps. Instead of getting everything from the fridge at once I'd only get one item, take it to the counter or stove and then go get another. I take my laundry downstairs a couple items at a time. Considering that the laundry is on the second floor and the washer in the basement, it gives me a pretty good workout--26 steps down and 26 up! Maybe you could try this?

Yesterday was the worst. I spent all day on the computer researching survey sites and other money making programs down to studying medical terms. My back hurt, my wrist hurt, my legs cramped for freedom, and my butt hurt. Whew! I can't imagine when I get certified to become a medical transcriptionist and have to sit at a desk all day. Especially, if I finally figure out a buisness I can start or join part-time from home. So today I decided that every 20-30 minutes or so I will get up and walk my dog. :D Hopefully that helps

My butt is usually numb more than it's not numb because I sit in front of a computer all day at work and half the night afterwards. During the day I periodically get up to do other things (and take a smoke break) but, at home, I smoke at the computer and usually "other things" can wait. My feet don't get numb but my leg fell asleep once.
