6 Ways To Deal With Depression

I have dealt with Major Depression, pretty much all of my life. The worst to me is when I am totally down and there seems to be no reason for it. Here are ways to help with depression, regardless of the cause.

Yeah, there are some flavanoids in chocolate that act kinda like seratonin, the chemical in your brain that gives you happy feelings. Anyway, try to eat dark chocolate, its got less sugar and more of those flavanoids, so its healthier.
Also I like taking hot baths or showers, seems to make me feel better :). And exercise can help, walking outdoors or yoga etc.

I get depressed now and then but not to the point where it gets out of control. I have my on and off days and when I have my off days I don't want anyone around and rather be on my own. I have found that going for a walk really helps -getting fresh air always helps me feel a little better.

Most of the time when I get depressed, it is because I feel hopeless. I feel like I have nothing to look forward to. But as soon as I put on my gospel music and start dancing around and acting silly, I am instantly reminded that with God, there is always hope.

I use to manage depression, listening musiq, playing violen and i like chocolates, and i feel i get refreshed after having my chocolates. And best remedy is Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle depression.
