How to be popular?

I don't want to change from who I actually I am to be popular. I was thinking of doing magic tricks at school. Iv'e tried acting like the popular kids and I've tried ignorance but it just doesn't work! I'm only 12 years old, I'm being bullied and I am a person cursed with bad luck :( HELP PLEASE!!! :)

Think of the future. You may not be popular now but if you work hard, real hard, you have a chance of being popular in the future. It's like this, being popular in school doesn't really mean anything. 10 years from now, no one will care who was popular in school. But believe me, if you work hard in school, get excellent grades, you're setting yourself up to be popular someday. And that's the popularity you want. Fame and fortune only comes from hard work. Fame with no fortune isn't anything.

Thanks so much! Saying that's actually made me feel a lot better! I guess you are right 'cause I'm in a grammar school right now and I worked hard to pass the test to get there (11+)!! I don't think that I will get a better response than yours! :)
