can any one tell which DIGI CAM will do proper use for the money spent on it ?

well do not know your need of digic camera ...for fun for profession ...but if you want digital camera for general purpose than i can advise you canon sd850 , i bought it last year and i am fully satisfied with its performance ... it is now available around 220$ ... so its very worth of its price ....

Your question doesnt really have a straight answer. Theres no such thing as a "BEST" camera. Are you looking for a point and shoot camera? A DSLR? Are you looking for best quality or best bang for the buck? I have friends that have over $2000 invested into camera equipment and their pictures are insanely good. I just have a Canon SD600 Point and Shoot with hacked CHDK firmware to add RAW support along with many other options. Again, Your question cannot be answered without more information....
