Swatcash world map - what is best to buy attack or defense??

I am pretty new at Swatcash, and since I do not live in the US I'm not getting many offers or missions that I can do to make money. I have instead focused on the world map. I have been wandering around (or riding my bike) for a week or so, and even though it took me about three days wondering what the point was, after that I started to find things. I have so far only bought land mines since they give you good battle point when they hit and cost very little. Now however I have found a few Swatcash (SC). I have ten, which is basically what you need to buy anything in the armory. So now is my question, should I go with attack or defense. In defense there are a few things to choose from that costs 10 SC, but the best one is the fence which gives a 6 in defense rating. In attack there is the gun which gives 3 in attack. So which is better to have, as a start off? The defense would be twice as strong as the attack for the same price, but then again I probably won't win any "daily missions" or retaliations (so far I haven't done any daily missions cause they just waste my hard earned (found) bullets. Is 3 for attack enough to start winning any attacks or is it better to have the defense so that the people that stumbles upon me will loose? What is your opinion, your strategy? Let me know! How did you start off you venture on the World map? I would also very much appericiate general advice about Swatcash! Thank you!
