Are Pay to Click Sites worth the Time?

Ok, maybe I'm being stupid again because I'm tired...
But I was just thinking-
If you were to make $50.00, for example, on a 'pay to click' site where each click is worth 1 cent, you would have to click 5000 ads and view each one for 30 seconds, which is 2500 minutes, which is.....41 hours?????
Could that be right?
If so, is it worth the time?

You can save a time if you can find more referrals.
However, the problem is how can we find quality referrals.

Wow, that is a good point. I think for the most part it isn't worth the time. Just maybe something you do when you don't have anything better to do.
